SILVIA MUSQUERA I FELIP
Sílvia Musquera, PhD architect, combines professional practice with teaching and research in architectural projects as a lecturer at the UPC (ETSAV and ETSAB). Her research focuses on the Club Méditerranée at Cap de Creus and her doctoral thesis, “Images of a New Landscape Created for Tourism: The Role of Architecture in the Transformation of the Costa Brava in the 1960s.” She has participated in the FAME project (Fotografía y Arquitectura Moderna en España), with exhibitions and publications recognized at the XIII BEAU and the 2017 FAD Awards. Since 2016, she has served as cultural representative and currently as treasurer of the COAC Girona, where she promotes cultural events, exhibitions, conferences, publications, and the Architecture Awards of the Counties of Girona.
PEP CANALETA I HERAS
Pep Canaleta holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and a postgraduate qualification in Art and Book Appraisal from Pompeu Fabra University. Between 1995 and 1998, he directed the Canaleta Gallery and actively participated in the field of digital art, collaborating with organizations such as PH and igac.org. As a visual artist, has exhibited collectively (MACBA, Tecla Sala, La Capella, Havana) and individually (Sant Andreu Contemporani, Municipal Exhibition Halls of Girona), and has works installed in public spaces, such as the piece dedicated to Lluís Companys in Figueres. Since 2002, has been dedicated to museology and museography through the art and architecture studio 3carme33, where he has also developed rehabilitation and interior design projects, as well as professional exchanges on a European scale. He has designed spaces for institutions such as the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation, the Museum of the History of Catalonia, the Barça Museum, the “la Caixa” Foundation, and the Government of Andorra, among many others. Since 2025, he has been the director of the Toy Museum of Catalonia.
